I have been detained since december 2014.And my Judicial review application is pending in upper tribunal since DEC2014.And I call them and tribunal told me that the decision will be make after eight months.so i have been detained three months ago.And the worse thing is that there is no time limit for detention. And the officer treat us like a beast and dominating us. Now Iam feeling embaresement and I lost the self respect and dignity.I left my country ,family, cultur, and food for the sake of education and completed graduation in UK.And student paid money to college as a fee and in the same month the college is become suspended and we lost the money. So it means these people are the MAFIA of EDUCATION.Now I am losing mental health and taking a dose of anti-depression medicine. And physically I lost my hairs because of stress. And even I lost the self confidence and I cannot see my face in a mirror.
kind Regards

Fast Trak system in prison completely unfair
Fast Trak system in prison completely unfair to people seeking asylum.
What happens to people who are on the fast track harvester is the process of removing from the country under the guise of judicial reform held in jail over people.
This program is beneficial immigration service and only to them, assists in removal from the country.
As held my process of judicial reforms to the asylum in Britain. Home Office Opened interviews conducted without an interpreter, 3 weeks after I had a general interview, three days after it’s refuse, the right to trial first tribunal.
. since my arrest five weeks passed, the trial tribunal held without video, the judge allowed himself to say things are not allowed. It’s terrible, I realized that the judge and home office is one that works for one outcome, “remove” in spite of everything. It is not fair and terrible for immigrants in need of asylum
After the first trial I was oddly bequests of judicial conduct, refuse gave me after five days, after three promised, Free Lawyer my case left after the first trial,…
I stayed had to fight for their rights, I was right at the second trial, the resolution which gives the first court, they invite me said, giving form to a higher court, the high court also said to me, because poorly prepared foundation, because I’m not a lawyer Do it impossible to do in a short period of appeal.
Time is not on refuse, on the form, there are only two or three days in jail where immigrants are cut off from the world, blocked Internet access for human rights, where the fax is not working, where conditions are so much terrible crush on people who have suffered and so that only makes us get out of prison ANY price.
Here’s how the immigration system is provided for asylum in UK Shame!
Chairman of the Home Office said that here in prison is only people who are waiting for a ticket back to his native country, is required haste lie!
This required haste dishonest judicial reform as clowns for showing off the work that was conducted for asylum but unfortunately, the court did not believe.
So it is with all who are asking for asylum here.
This system should be condemned his actions.
Or, British authorities have officially declare publicly in to do not providing shelter for immigrants in UK so people will notice this before they became a victim of Harmondsworth Prison or any others detentions in UK.
Now Security officers are
Now Security officers are searching our rooms for cameras and camera phones so guys cant send any videos or anything out side.
They are scared that the other detainees [on strike] will provoke us.
I am detained in Colnbrook. I have been here 3 months. I’m an educated person. I’m detained here unlawfully. We had a peaceful protest- and we made our point. And we are waiting for a reasonable answer. Because you know, we have a really shameful condition. A lot of people are in this condition and we are detained here unlawfully.
We have a slogan: Persecution is less than the mental abuse that influences completely the health state of each detainee here, however everyone believes we can continually overcome the situation by our peaceful protest and address the message to everybody responsible about this unfavourable position.
We made a letter and the point of grievance, and everyone signed this letter. We sent it to European Court. We sent it to every organisation where we could have a reasonable answer. The European court have answered- they advised us to open- for each of the signatories- to apply to the court on their own behalf.
We want to make it peaceful. We want to challenge this unlawful detention.
We are willing to make hunger strike from Monday in Colnbrook- and everybody is going to share with us this protest. There are more than 400 of us.
The relationship between Home Office and the detainee is like the slave master and the slave- this is the problem. And also the case workers lie about individual cases, and doctor cases to make them suitable for deportation- this is the problem.
These people- they don’t understand. They are not detained here so they don’t understand the situation.
Already we made a point of grievance and we solicit a reasonable answer from the Home Office, and we are waiting for a reasonable.
It is worse than prison…it’s worse than prison.
You know today- the manager they lock up the door to the yard. They are scared that the other detainees will provoke us. They are not complying- it is our right to have fresh air from 9 o’clock to 4 o’clock.
They are provoking us. Everybody is suffering here because of unreasonable time of detention- because nobody knows when they are releasing us. There have been several reports of the impact on mental health of detention.
I’m suffering from depression.
I’m suffering from depression; I’m worried about my daughter’s birthday coming on 20 March. They are messing me about today- took me to bail hearing without giving me any date or informing my sureties. They are not listening to us- we want them to remove fast-track. Next to Harmondsworth that called Colnbrook and here peoples are suffering from mental health and I hear one guy tried to suicide- today about six o’clock.
Keep fighting Keep fighting!
Keep fighting Keep fighting! I’m fighting for my rights without a legal solicitor. There is no time to get one. Legal aid are not taking my case because they’ve refused me at every step because I filled out the form myself and I guess it wasn’t very correct.
Around 60 people have been on a foodstrike in Dungavel
Around 60 people have been on a foodstrike since Monday in Dungavel. They are not eating because they are upset at the way they have been treated for a long time. W want to see the immigration minister and we want to talk about a lot of things that have gone wrong. There are lot of things to ask:
- Why are the case workers telling lies. In bail summaries they tell lies.
- We want a time limit on how long you can detain people.
- Obviously, most of the people are from London and we are near Glasgow. About 80% are a from London and so we are away from your families and friends. It’s hard to drive and very expensive.
- The conditions we are living in – 8 people in one room. Too many people in one room.
Someone has already been to hospital and they’ve put him in a secure room for monitoring.
We are not eating in Dover Detention
We are not eating in Dover Detention – we having a strike. There are half of the people are already on strike. We are organising and talking with all the people. We are human beings.
The response to the protest is like, [via standoff films]
The response to the protest is like, they don’t have ears to hear it, they don’t have heart to beat.
The water was shut for the whole day. No it wasn’t for maintenance work because if you see they shut the whole unit. The complete wing, was shut for the whole day. Because if you see, there are also Muslim people over there who used to pray five times a day and they couldn’t’ use the toilet, and they couldn’t use the toilet, and they couldn’t use water or anything to pray.I hear that they say it was shut for an hour or so for some six rooms but no it was shut for whole wing not only for six rooms, and it was shut for all day
They don’t care what we are doing inside. We are dying. Because of protest yesterday, one of my mate went to hospital because of that, because he got ill. He started vomiting because he was not eating. He was on hunger strike, he got ill, and started vomiting, and now we don’t know where he is. When the guys were protesting outside, they say – it was time to lock up – they said, “Go inside. Otherwise we use hardware to put you people inside and lock up.”
The moment you make complaint,, like the way we are doing protest, we are doing hunger strike. A lot of people have been moved away, you know, they just call you to tell you, you are going to be moved. They know what they are doing.
Let the world, let the world, let the MPs, let the even the Prime Minister should, he knows all this. The Home Secretary, she knows all this.
We are suffering here, We are slaves here. We are being treated like criminals here. Now are cell is locked. We are now locked up in this cell. If you are dying, you die in your room. Harmondsworth and fasttrack should be ruled out completely. We are being intimidated here. We are scared here. We have been harassed here. We are being threatened here. People help us to achieve the truth because we want freedom. That’s what we want. Thank you very much.

The first thing they do is to put them on Fast track
The first thing is anyone who claims asylum. The first thing they do is to put them on Fast track and refuse everything for five or six weeks. Now they have opened a court inside the detention centre which is not acceptable at all. I would say it is influenced by the Home Office. I would say that that what ever case you have, they just say you are lying. They simply say your case is refused, they don’t give any time for evidence. If they don’t listen to us and give no time how can they say you are lying.
I’m on the charter flight – they are sending people forcefully. They don’t have to buy tickets from anywhere – even if I don’t want to go and I want to place a Judicial Review the will just send me forcefully.
